ZUCCHINI RIBBON SALMON
Oven roasted salmon served on a bed of sautéed zucchini ribbons topped with lemon-basil butter.

Chicken, mushroom, leeks and spinach sautéed and tossed with orecchiette in light roasted-tomato cream sauce. Baked with asiago-panko topping until golden brown.
Sautéed chicken, bacon, tomatoes and peas tossed with fettuccine in asiago cream sauce.
“Pick Me Up” – The classic Italian dessert with layers of lady fingers, zabaglione (Marsala-flavored custard), espresso whipped cream and mascarpone (sweet, buttery cheese) topped with whipped cream and warm chocolate sauce.

Decadent bittersweet mousse on a butter-pecan crust; topped with caramel sauce.
